A pureed soup of butternut squash and aromatic vegetables with a drizzle of white truffle oil.
VITELLO TONNATO PIEMONTE
Oven roasted veal roast,thinly sliced and served on a bed albacore white wine sauce.

Farmers Market red & yellow beets... roasted, served with wild arugola, red onions, our own homemade polenta croutons and topped with petals of parmesan cheese.

Homemade half moon shaped Piemontese style ravioli stuffed with braised leg of lamb served with sauteed radicchio, shallots on a white wine cream sauce.

Homemade tortelloni stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese in a fondue of goat cheese and tomato sauce topped with jullienned sweet basil.
ZUPPA DI PESCE ALLA SCOGLIO D'ORO
Sea scallops,prawns,baby black mussels, manilla clams, roasted garlic and fillet of tomato in a saffron crustecean broth with a splash of white wine, garnished with garlic crostini.

Pan seared rack of veal oven finished in a rosemary, white wine and veal reduction sauce.

Farm Raised Moscovi duck breast seared in a cast iron pan and served fanned with a local barbera port wine reduction.
