First Crush winemaking is an ongoing, educational winemaking experience that allows customers to be involved in the production and crafting of their own, professionally-styled, custom-labeled wine. As a First Crush winemaker, you will be guided through the process by a team of professionals including viticulturists, winemakers, wine educators and vendors. We encourage you to take ownership of your wine beginning with the harvesting of the grapes, but participating in the harvest weekend isnt necessary to join in the fun, joy and satisfaction of making your own wine a wine with your personal imprint on it that you can share and enjoy with friends, family, colleagues and customers.
